I have been trying to get into contact with Dr Heald for several months regarding an absolutely disgraceful situation caused by her staff in Asheboro, and she has not made a single attempt to contact me back in order to resolve this issue. This is completely appalling and totally unprofessional to treat patients this way, especially those who were wronged by her own staff.
