I had a very good experience with Dr. Katie. She was professional and very pleasant. The whole staff made me feel very comfortable. The reason for 4 stars is this was my first visit. They did a full exam and then were extremely detailed. I'm going back !
Dr. Katie was super nice and very professional. She explained everything clearly to me. Even though they were super busy she didn’t rush through my visit. She took the time to explain my xray to me, gave me options and was very quick to get me on schedule for a much needed oral surgery. I look forward to see her for all my future dental care!
Katie Masters was great. I wish that I could have had her from the beginning, because I don't think that I would have been without teeth for two months. When I saw Katie this past Thursday, it was the first time that I felt like someone really cared and wanted to make sure that my temporary plates are going to be made to where they will fit just right. Jacksonville, NC's Western Blvd Aspen Dental is, simply put, THE BEST OF THE BEST! Everytime I visit, all the folks from the front desk, to the techs, to the Docs are all top notch with caring "tray-side" manners abs they all exude compassion in droves!
First visit: taking x-rays of the teeth and checking their health (and general health questions). I felt the exam and the time spent taking the X-rays were well spent, and seemed to be a far better set of pictures than I'd have had taken previously. Looking forward to beginning treatment and regular dental visits.
