Didn't think I would be writing a review about a root canal procedure, but here I am! The customer service, bedside mannerisms and experience must have been top notch :) That is was! Really liked Dr. Brad. Never met the man in my life but he made me feel like I was a close client. Extremely comforting when it came to all the ins and outs of the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Kjar and staff. They are the best! I have known of their office for more than 10 years. I work in the dental field and the doctors I work for only refer to Dr Kjar and Dr Hajdik. Now it was my turn to have my very first root canal. Was referred to Katy Dental Specialist by my General Dentist for a root canal in preparation for a new crown. It was probably the most pleasant of an experience as a root canal could possibly be. The staff was extremely pleasant, professional, and informative. I was sent reminders the week leading up and was able to complete all forms online prior to arriving. Very professional staff!! Everyone went out of their way to explain the procedure & make me as comfortable as possible. It was so much better than expected. Dr. Hajdik did an excellent job. Loved that he did not jump right to the worst case scenario. Did have to get a root canal, but it was a positive experience. Definitely would recommend!
