I had the best experience ever at this dental office! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is equipped with top-of-the-line technology, and everything was clean and modern. I went in for a consult and possible root canal. I ended up needing a root canal and the entire team was so nice to the person who worked up my quote, dentist, and his assistant. I was so nervous and they made me feel at ease. They gave me a few options as far as treatment plan and the cost. They explained the X-rays before and after the procedure. Tremendous detailed care. Everyone in the offfice was professional, made me feel welcomed. They were recommended my MD Anderson Cancer Center for their ability to be precise, extremely cognizant of my medical condition. I was apprehensive going into the office for a root canal, but extremely pleased with the outcome!
Dr. Hajdik took so much time to make sure I understood what was happening and my options. He really cares about doing a perfect job and really knows what he is doing. I was nervous, but he made it a painless experience. So grateful!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! When my son was referred to Katy Dental Specialist, I looked it up and to be honest I was a bit skeptical to see a perfect rating on Google, 5/5… but now I understand why. Try explaining what a root canal is to a scared 10yo boy, well Dr. Hajdik did it so perfectly! I cannot thank him enough. Every one in the practice is so nice, helpful and supportive. We felt really look after. 100% recommend!
