Very professional staff!! Everyone went out of their way to explain the procedure & make me as comfortable as possible. It was so much better than expected. Dr. Hajdik did an excellent job. Loved that he did not jump right to the worst case scenario. Did have to get a root canal, but it was a positive experience. Definitely would recommend!
Dr Hadjik is as good as they come; very courteous; interacts and explains thee issue, findings and results before, during and in follow up sessions. His focus is completely to helping remedy the patient’s med issues and does it with a polite, professional and serving the client mentality. I am 71 years old and will say it is a pleasure to find a practitioner in today’s time whose focus is patients well being only. The support staff is top notch and very courteous, helpful and prompt as well. 👏👏👏
Didn't think I would be writing a review about a root canal procedure, but here I am! The customer service, bedside mannerisms and experience must have been top notch :) That is was! Really liked Dr. Brad. Never met the man in my life but he made me feel like I was a close client. Extremely comforting when it came to all the ins and outs of the procedure. In addition to being a modern office with up-to-date equipment and professional, competent, and _nice_ staff, Dr Hajdik is one of those professionals who explains conditions clearly and at the appropriate level of understanding, and similarly explains the available options with risk and benefits succinctly identified. This place is fantastic. I’ve never been to a dentist who shows this much genuine care and concern for their patients. Every member of the team was incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares—he even called me later that evening to check on how I was doing. I highly recommend this office.
