Professional company cares about their employees and their tenants! If you are a renter your in the right place with Kay Four Properties. They have a great assortment of apartments in Winnipeg with fair rental rates.
I would not recommend renting at Kay Four Properties. The rent is to much pricey for the very old and stinky apartment. Also you have no choice that you have to pay for carpet cleaning before you leave which is not supposed to according to RTB.

The hallway always smells stinky,The price went up without any changes in the unit like the monhly paymenyt is not worth it for the status of the old unit.No cctv at the back door entrance my vehicle got burned at the back entrance parking lot and didn’t get any anwser who burned due to no cctv at the outside building.My point is I paid the amount of $1,393 monthly for the unit without proper security and the price went up without any renovation with the old unit.
