Kayla is an amazing counselor to work with. She is very kind and intuitive. She is also very caring and has made me feel very seen and heard which is something I have struggled with past counselors.
I have been working with Kayla for over a year now. She has been absolutely amazing to work with. She has really helped me improve my mental health in order to improve my overall life, from personal relationships to professional goals. She helps you create realistic goals and helps you reach those goals through education, healthy coping strategies, and more. I feel like a different person than I was a year ago (in the best way possible). I highly recommend her!
