She explained things very well! She showed me the cray of a broken bone and explained everything to me and welcomed me for a follow up visit. She was very kind and informative and took her time.

After Kayleen sent me for an ultrasound, she quickly telephoned me personally to give me the results. Later that afternoon, I had a question and called Grandview…she had already left for the day, but the next day, she had someone call with the answer to my question. Very caring and efficient.
