I came in because I was having anxiety issues and I really had no idea how to express or understand the emotions I was having, I just knew that they were causing problems. Leza has worked with me to help me to identify a huge range emotions, process those emotions, and ultimately change my thinking for the better. As a male, being able to understand my emotions and understand how my thinking can effect me has helped me tremendously and I would recommend him to anyone!

Before I came to Leza I was in a bad place I was in and out of hospitals for suicidal ideation, dropped out of school, eating badly and becoming even more overweight wasn't taking showers or bushing my teeth and I wouldn't leave the house. When I first came to Leza I thought treapy would never work but about after a month with Leza things got better he got me to see that you can change your life around. Now almost one year later I am back in school eating right and working out and losing weight.
