When I called this facility to find out about counseling for my child they were very quick to want financial info, insurance information makes sense but they demanded my credit card information over the phone before even making an appointment.I explained to them that this is exactly how we suspected my Identity was stolen previously and I don't feel comfortable sharing over the phone, their response was ridiculous in telling me my privacy was protected by HIPAA... This was one of the worst experiences I have experienced in medicine. Was called 4 hours before my appointment; while I was at work and was told I didn't have my paperwork filled out. They told me that if I didn't fill it out by the time of my appointment they would not see me so in between my own patients since I'm in medicine I had to physically print out 20 some pages, fill it out, take photos of the filled out paperwork and upload it to their portal. Very disappointed in the service received. Made appointment and emailed my cancellation as that is the same way they contacted me for verifying the appointment. Received a call stating I would have to pay for the appointment for not cancelling. I explained to them I did but not even given an opportunity to show them I did.
