Dr Headley is a true artist. I came to the office after another dentist had damaged some of my teeth. He was able to restore my veneers and give me back my beautiful smile and my confidence. Office manager, Jeanie, was so kind and caring in helping me through the process and the entire staff was so professional. For cosmetic dentistry, he is the true expert and cannot recommend him enough.
I was a patient of this office for years. Loved the dentist and the team. However, this last time I went, they informed me after my routine cleaning that they no longer took my insurance. Again, this was only After the routine service. They charged me over $200 and said that they would still send in a claim to my insurance on my behalf (thanks?) and I would then only be responsible for the difference. I have been going to KC Smile and Ross Headley for about 27 years now. I've had a great experience each and every time I've visited, and the hygienists and office staff ladies are AMAZING! It's so nice to walk in and be greeted by your name and asked about specific things they know I've had going on in my life. Everyone is so kind and fun, and they are always on time. Dr. Headley does great work and I will never go anywhere else.
Very nice facility. Friendly folks that provide excellent care. I'll definitely recommend them and tell my personal dentist to refer his patients there too.
