This is my second loan with KD Capital. The entire team at KD Capital are the best! Very professional, friendly, punctual with documents/timelines, and went above and beyond to make my loan happen. They were always fast to respond to my questions/concerns. This particular loan was real tight on a timeline. They knew what to do, and when to do it. Very quick to respond to e-mails/texts/voicemails, after hours and weekends. Next time another loan comes up, 100% would use them again!
Hands down the best experience with getting a mortgage ever. This team is all smiles, they always answer the phone and they always keep you updated while your loan is going through the steps to get to closing. I can't recommend KD Capital enough!!
