They went above and beyond in the re-grading of our back yard.....In addition to finding a way to use the excess dirt from the project in our yard so we didn't have to haul it away, they also completed the grading and sloping of our yard in a way to better manage water runoff from storms (which we used to have issues with) and created a gorgeously sloped back yard that is fully functional with lots of usable area. RecommendedWe love our new LVP floors! If anyone looking to do some remodeling in the house, we highly recommend K&D Contracting. They were very professional, went above and beyond to get the job done as well as offering very competitive prices. We will definitely be using them again for other renovations.
RecommendedThey did a beautiful job on our fiberglass pool. The masonry and fine details were carefully executed. The installation was pretty quick and painless. The workers were polite and worked everyday the weather allowed ensuring our pool was completely as quickly as possible. While the pros do out weigh the cons they have a long list of things they need to heavily improve on. They promised to draft the paperwork for HOA and were very unhelpful in that department.
