I have spent hours there and there is no staff. No broom, but there’s a tiny broom by a wash station and a waste basket. There are two monitors that you can buy to add money to your card and one doesn’t work. I was there two different days trying to get it to work and then I realized that the left one works. It will list all your purchases . There’s no place to leave a note to tell people anything and you don’t know if there’s a lost and found. But this is the best kept secret of DeKalb County. As a student at NIU I rented unit and always was happy with knowing that my property was in a safe and secure place. The staff is extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. They form lasting relationships with their tenants. The facility is extremely clean and the laundry area was a major plus! The machines were of great quality and it had ample space for all to fold and sort their laundry. This laundromat is the cleanest laundromat in town, maybe even the whole state. I use this laundromat about once a month. I have never seen any of the washers or dryers out of order. The prices are reasonable and the dryers heat up quickly and are sufficient for getting the clothes dry on the 20 minutes allowed. I enjoy everything about this laundromat. Keep up the good work.
This is the best laundry mat I have ever used!! Please PLEASE consider opening another location in DeKalb!!! We could use a nice laundry mat for the DeKalb area!! Sycamore is always packed on the weekends🤗 I love keep clean❣️ the attendees are always so nice on top of keeping the place shiny and clean. I would love one closer to home, I drive to sycamore just for the laundry mat🫶
Why make people jump thru hoops? I'm not getting a "loyalty" card to do 2 loads. If I can't pay at the machine you won't get my money. Cleanest in the area because only a few use it
