My personal experience with the Malvern location of keep it here storage is as follows. As a tenant from Sep 2024 to Aug 2025; I experienced a property employee breaking in my unit and helping themselves to my things. My lock was removed and replaced by the said employee. I refused to pay rent until this was resolved. No restitutions were made. I then experienced being locked out of my unfit for 3 to 4 months. The interior is surprisingly clean. But the landscaping needs work. I was so used to asphalt/concrete alleyways but it is gravel this time. Basically it helps drain away water when it rains. Rental rates is the main reason I chose this storage unit.
Did everything I needed on line over the phone booked and received emails with gate codes and unit number quickly. Nice clean storage so far we like this way more than our old units a will be referring them to family and friends !
Clean and well kept…gated with code…can’t really ask for any better considering the affordable pricing for any size unit…not to mention I had the opportunity for a promotion when I made my payment online…think it was like the first month free or second month and the payment I did make was prorated for the remainder of the month…so I believe it was the second month free…anyways…if u need an affordable unit and something convenient you can access the units with a code anytime before 10p!
