Where should I start.... Customer service was top tier! Very helpful when it came to picking out the actual size, Pricing and the location was amazing. The security on the property was also another reason I loved it. Ill most definitely recommend keep it here storage anyone!

I called to find out if they had anything available in the size I needed. I was able to talk to someone right away and got the available sizes. I got a prorated rate and 1 month free. It was easy and fast. Thank you! Made moving easier and hassle free for storage. The site is clean and easy to drive through.

My personal experience with the Malvern location of keep it here storage is as follows. As a tenant from Sep 2024 to Aug 2025; I experienced a property employee breaking in my unit and helping themselves to my things. My lock was removed and replaced by the said employee. I refused to pay rent until this was resolved. No restitutions were made. I then experienced being locked out of my unfit for 3 to 4 months. Good place, good location, great people to deal with. Easy to get in and out. Clean units. Highly recommend.
