I'm a musician that played a weekend festival in Ottawa and needed somewhere that was secure and climate-controlled to stage my gear when I wasn't performing. It was very easy to set up online which saved me a trip since I'm from out-of-town. Everything worked perfectly then when I got to Ottawa for my show. I've been using storages all my life and I've never seen one as nice as this one.when they told me I don't need a lock or key I couldn't wait to get in here.everything works off my phone,amazing.no more lock fumbling or looking for a key.oh and don't forget cleanest storage facility ever.the people who work here are the nicest too.prices are decent as well.
I was renting a unit at NEXT DOOR STORAGE in Ottawa, and when I went to pay for my next month, was said the cost for my unit was $187. Tina, the front desk lady, told me that in Ottawa, $187 is the going rate and I would find no place cheaper. I went to KEEP RENTAL, and their price was $100 LESS than next door storage. The lady was very nice and helped me with exactly what i needed, was very clear about payments and how to access my unit.
The ease of starting and ending the rental were awesome. The cleanliness and the available rolling carts to transport the items to the individual storage area was top notch. Would recommend for anyone that wants to keep their stored items away from the elements.
