Maintenance comes whenever they feel like it. Beating on the door without warning. No notice for ANYTHING. Most units are old & outdated. 1/10 would not recommend. Only giving it 1 star because you have to rate it something. Had mold when I moved in and I’m pretty sure there’s mold in the walls. Ultimately OLD & OUTDATED sums it up. They sent out a paper asking for an honest google review. Just being honest.
I lived in Keller court Apts and I honestly loved it there. I'd love to move back to Alabama I'm real home sick living in NC I really don't like it here
I actually used to live here years ago but now my mom lives here. It's gotten pretty bad as far as sketchy people walking around all hours of the night and pretty obvious drug activity going on. They used to have security to walk around the premises but as far as I know they don't have him there anymore. This place needs ALOT of cleaning up as far as tenents go.
Great place for those without a lot. A clean and tidy environment that helps inspire residents to take care and take pride in what they have and not focus on what they have not. It is a place helps those that are trying to help themselves.
Live about a block away, seems relatively quiet and is decent looking compared to other Apts in the area
