I am so thankful for Keller Neighborhood Auto Service. I just got new tires on my tundra and needed my front end aligned. I called another place and thought I was heading to that auto shop but my GPS brought me here instead! Andrew was just amazing and got me in pretty quickly. It's hard to find good service at a reasonable price, especially these days, but Keller Neighborhood Auto is the exception. Everyone wants that reliable go-to shop when it comes to maintenance and repairs, right? Jeff and his guys can't be beat when it comes to knowledge, quality, and professionalism. No BS, no himming and hawing, and no surprises. They truly care about their customers and go out of their way to earn your business. You're not gonna find a better place!
The guys at the shop took great care of my muscle car. I was needing the A/C system vacuum down and recharged. They were able to get it done for me with no issues. I’m always nervous taking my car in that I’ve put my blood, sweat, and tears into for any type of work. I appreciated their professionalism and their understanding when it came to caring for my vehicle. It was also great being able to work with like minded individuals. Definitely will be taking my cars back for all my needs!!!
I have not used a shop other than the dealership in 15 years. I was looking for a reputable independent shop that is close to home. I believe I found that shop. Services performed were performed accurately. Great prices. Friendly service. Hours that are suited for working people. I will return.
Jeff was very reasonable and straightforward, which are two qualities lacking in many people. It’s very clear that he runs his business with integrity. I would absolutely take my car back for any future issues.
