They're unfortunately, very, very slow. The nurses and for them to check your blood pressure, etc. Is fast, but for the doctor to see you takes a long time. I've been there about over 100 times and each and every single time they take forever. It's always an hour plus waiting time in the rooms waiting for the doctor to see you. Also, since January 1st of 2025. A lot of their rules changed, and hours of operations changed. They close a lot sooner on Fridays and hard to reach, but you also can't leave a message anymore either.... read more
I absolutely love the physicians that are at Dr. Kellum's office, but I have been a patient since 2021 when I moved here. One of the front desk clerks, nasty attitude, because i told her they billed my insurance wrong, in which i got a call three weeks later with an apology from a Kellum Office Staff saying they billed Wellmed instead of Commercial. Now 2025, I'm being billed from 2021, forst time hearing about a bill in four years, Im a frequent patient because of health issues. Never mentioned insurance so called issue, n... read more
Being Bipolar n ADHD I get impatient fast, I like this place because not only does the doctor talk to you and explain everything he listens to me and doesn't make me feel different. I definitely appreciate the lady that does refferals. Thanks Kellums medical group
WORST doctor I’ve been to and seen. Had an emergency for a knee injury to where I can barely walk that happened in Dallas (5 hours away). They expected me to somehow drive all the way there to be seen to get a referral for surgery when I can’t drive. They did not give any empathy about the situation and kept hanging up on me while I was literally begging for a referral to be seen for surgery. They wouldn’t even do a zoom call.
