Going to a new practitioner is always a little nerve-wracking, but the office staff and Kelly made me feel comfortable immediately. It is a very relaxed office with a small waiting area and I felt at home the moment I met Kelly. She is quiet, warm, and very kind. We discussed my history, thoroughly went over my medications, both for mental health and physical problems. Kelly Fagan is amazing. She is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I've suffered from deep trauma for decades. Depression and Anxiety. I presented 3 months ago with those symptoms worse than ever and she is healing me. Don't bother looking at other providers. See if your insurance matches up and get an appointment. You won't regit it. .

The process to begin as a new patient was handled well, submitted all paperwork online. Used Telehealth and again the process was simple and worked well. Kelly Fagan was punctual, listened to all of my concerns and did a great job of helping me decide the next step.
