I saw Dr Klein because my eyes were very painful on August 1st, she gave me eye drops. On August 13th I called three times thinking I had a serious problem with my eyes. No one called me back. Today I called and canceled my appointments and I was told they couldn’t call me back because of phone and internet problems. They all had personal phones and I am very upset that no one cared enough to call.
