Kelly LaPointe is wonderful. She did a deep dive into my issues- even tackling substance abuse. No medical care provider has ever offered support beyond asking, "Have you ever thought about quitting?" I will be continuing care with Ms. LaPointe. I am optimistic for maybe the first time in my adult life. Thank you, Lifestance.

Kelly LaPointe was amazing she did much more listening instead of talking and that really made me feel good. I was able to get my point out and she diagnosed me and gave me the treatment that I thought was what I have needed for a real long time. I’ve never had a provider that listened so much. I don’t know why it took me so long to find her. She rocks!!

Kelly Lapointe is the best. On time appointments and nice facility.she takes the time to listen to you and solve any medication issues. I highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter had a first time appt with LaPointe on June 23rd which was supposed to last 1 hour. We left the office in exactly 15mins which included us arriving, her waiting to go back, and then coming right back out extremely upset in tears. She was rude to my daughter and laughed at her with a smirk while asking questions. This triggered my daughter to get very upset, start crying, and just walk out the appt. Kelly LaPointe is good, but the office, computer, survey, and just everything else is very disorganized. I never know how my pre-visit is going to go.
