This was the second time I have seen Kelly, and she was amazing! She advised that I start a new med, and she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about the new drug. She is very nice and easy to talk to, and she never made it feel like she was rushing me through the appointment. I appreciate all of the staff in Dr. Gauthier’s office, including Dr. Gauthier! They are all top notch medical professionals!
This was the first time I saw Kelly I loved her she figured out what my problem was and ordered medication to use for 2 weeks and go from there. I will be seeing her in two weeks to see if the problem I have is gone. All the people in Dr Gauthier office are wonderful including Dr Gauthier!
Kelly is amazing! She actually found a medical issue that has been overlooked by other medical professionals. She immediately addressed it by ordering tests and changing medication. She takes her time and really listens and never rushes a visit. I am very grateful to her because things could’ve turned out very different for me.
This was my first time meeting with her, and it was overall a nice experience. She seemed to care and help answer all of my questions. I really appreciated the way she treated me.
I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this medical group. The whole team is friendly, professional and concerned. Kelly Riffel gives me confidence that my medical needs are being addressed in a positive manner and I enjoy meetings with her.
