Scheduling is easy because the receptionist are wonderful. However, when they need to call me to let me know of cancellation or to change something, It goes to blocked mail. I have never blocked a Message if it said LifeStance, or if it was the number that I use to call my LifeStance. I only block numbers or companies that I do not recognize.
