I have a x3s/yr contract with Ned Stevens now (good customer or fool?). Ned Stevens took over Keltom and immediately the customer service problems began with overcharging and not honoring the Keltom contracted price. Next, my underground drain clogged a few feet from the downspout even though my special gutter guards and 3xs regularly scheduled cleaning should keep them clear. I used my credit card to make a one time gutter cleaning purchase. This company automatically set me up for yearly gutter cleaning without my permission. I have requested a refund. I have not yet heard from them. This is dishonest of their sales people.
Keltom’s guys were amazing. Of course they cleared our gutters, but their care and respect for our yard was amazing. They did not leave a single leaf on the ground when they were done. Here is the crazy thing, it was a cold day and the water was freezing on our back steps. They did not leave until they could wash the ice away. Training only goes so far, they hired people that care about doing a great job! thank you
Ned Stevens/Keltom did our gutter cleaning yesterday and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, rang the doorbell, I couldn't answer, so they just went to work. In less than two hours they were done - the whole system front, sides, and back - emailed me the invoice, and left. They even did an inspection of the gutters and made recommendations.
