Like some posts I've seen below, I wish a 0 star rating was possible, because that's what I'd rate it. Most terrible place I've ever lived, unfortunately there weren't any other options but in the future I hope I never have to live in a place that is this awful while simultaneously costing so much. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! They rent out to anyone cops constantly there. Dumpsters always full or broken lord forbid you put it outside your apartment but it’s acceptable to not have working dumpsters. Moved out and the apartment and regular wear on carpets were charged to me when half of the apartment was a disaster moving into it. Dishwasher didn’t even work also nails coming up from the stairway. Lived here for a year and would never rent again. It is a not worth the crazy amount of rent we paid. We lived in the last building. Every single day I heard the neighbor’s dog cry and bark upstairs through the EXTREMELY thin floorboards and walls. He would stomp around all night long and keep us awake. Would scream at night and in the morning at people. Had to call the cops due to an altercation we heard through the floor. We contacted the leasing office about them, and nothing was done. I got the pleasure of moving in on Monday and I only have Britten to thank for that. He was absolutely incredible and super helpful. I am truly blessed because he worked so hard in order to get us approved. Also, shout-out to maintenance guy we needed help with a couple of things and his communication skills are very well.
Honestly if you don't want any of your maintenance request to get done that year then don't live here. I have had a leaking window for a year now and they keep ignoring it, you'd think that would be urgent especially when it rains. I will not be paying for any damages this window is causing. Not only that but the staff here are not respectful or even kind.Everytime I have a issue or go to check on my maintenance request at the office they are very unkind with there expressions.
