Honestly if you don't want any of your maintenance request to get done that year then don't live here. I have had a leaking window for a year now and they keep ignoring it, you'd think that would be urgent especially when it rains. I will not be paying for any damages this window is causing. I got the pleasure of moving in on Monday and I only have Britten to thank for that. He was absolutely incredible and super helpful. I am truly blessed because he worked so hard in order to get us approved. Also, shout-out to maintenance guy we needed help with a couple of things and his communication skills are very well.
I've been living here for approximately 3 years. For the renewal of the first contract, they offered to clean the carpet and paint the walls, but they didn't do it. The finishes are obviously of poor quality, but acceptable. Overall, it's very quiet. I just want to please remodel the exercise room. It needs it urgently. Everything is old and worn out. I don't mind if they can do it soon.
Lived here for a year and would never rent again. It is a not worth the crazy amount of rent we paid. We lived in the last building. Every single day I heard the neighbor’s dog cry and bark upstairs through the EXTREMELY thin floorboards and walls. He would stomp around all night long and keep us awake. They use predjudicial practices. Im a 100% disabled Army veteran and because I went to a business that was within 500 ft of my ex wifes job during a nasty divorce Im not fit to live in their community for 5yrs! Pathetic!
