I brought my Impala in for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I was told everything went well with the services and that my car didnt have any issues. I asked for a copy of the multipoint inspection results, which then showed me needing an alignment, air filters, and my rear brakes being bad (1mm). My front brakes showed OK (6mm). Did a drop off which was convenient. I got a text message about my car and was also called to discuss issues with my car. I was able to approve the needed services through a link and everything was well communicated. When I picked up my vehicle, I went into the service department and was helped almost immediately. Easy payment processing and back out the door with my keys. Car is running great!
