I was told when I purchased my IS that not only are Lexus' quality better and more affordable than my previous (precious) beamer, but the service is exceptional. I can vouch for the service, especially Jessica, being top notch and learning about the quality and affordability.
Brittany is great to work with, however I reported a loud clunking noise in the rear right passenger side when I back out of my garage each morning. They said it was the automatic parking brake rely and is not a problem. I’m not sure they took me seriously as I’ve never had a Lexus sound like that. I did not receive a report of pressures and levels that I’ve received in the past, and the car was reportedly washed, but it had the same streaks and bugs on it as when I brought it in. Let me preface this review with the fact that our family has always been team Kenny Kent Toyota/Lexus. We personally have purchased 5 new, and 2 used vehicles from this establishment. Our three children,collectively, have purchased 5 new and 1 used vehicles from this establishment. We have recommended this establishment to extended family and friends who have purchased 3 new vehicles from them. With that being said, we will never recommend Kenny Kent Toyota/Lexus again! Tyler is the best!! He helped get a spilled jar of honey out of my car and was extremely kind and very quick. He had me back in my car in no time. I was very grateful and highly recommend Tyler.
60,000 mile service on a RC350awd, plus asked if they could fix the weather map. Weather map not fixed and the grand total was too pricey. I'm not sure if anything was done. Plus, a surcharge to use a VISA card; at a Lexus dealership? Maybe that's the cost of ownership, but it's true that the sales department sells the first vehicle and the service department sells the next one. This will be my only Lexus. Shuttle service was excellent, along with the car wash before vehicle pick up.
