This is my 3rd new car purchase since 2015 from Kenny Kent and I have been thrilled with my purchase each time! They take time to know exactly what I want and take steps to make that happen. From the dealership to the service dept., I have been extremely pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend!
I was told when I purchased my IS that not only are Lexus' quality better and more affordable than my previous (precious) beamer, but the service is exceptional. I can vouch for the service, especially Jessica, being top notch and learning about the quality and affordability.
I recently moved to Morganfield, Kentucky from Huntsville, Alabama. I took my 2006 SC430 to Lexus of Huntsville, where they treated me as though I was their only priority. Recently, the owner of Lexus of Huntsville passed away, and the service department had a personnel turnover and my last service there was a disappointment. Brittany is great to work with, however I reported a loud clunking noise in the rear right passenger side when I back out of my garage each morning. They said it was the automatic parking brake rely and is not a problem. I’m not sure they took me seriously as I’ve never had a Lexus sound like that. I did not receive a report of pressures and levels that I’ve received in the past, and the car was reportedly washed, but it had the same streaks and bugs on it as when I brought it in. Brittany provides great customer service, fast & friendly! I received the 30000 mile routine service for my Lexus and they gave me a loaner to drive for the duration of the service complementary.
