Well it was a nice place to live until..... Well, there was a great team of employees. When I first moved in I was thinking twice when it was lease renewal. When it was lease renewal they had just switched staff and the property manager and maintenance staff was outstanding. I could really tell they took pride in the community and their positions. The Kenosha Commons Staff take pride in their property and strive to deliver excellent customer service. Work orders and grounds get done on a daily basis, and our Leasing Specialist is on site 5 days a week to do follow up with residents and to meet with them. While the Property Manager is not there on a daily basis, she does make herself available via phone, email or an in person meeting when requested from the residents.
