Amazing care attention to detail. Makes sure you are comfortable when getting your teeth fixed do not rush through your appointment just to get it over with. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable I started falling asleep in the chair!!! Highly recommend!! Deeply Disappointed – A Warning to Others We had an extremely upsetting experience with Kensington Dental that I feel compelled to share. My elderly parents were told they were “100% covered” and wouldn’t need to pay anything. Based on that assurance, they booked an appointment and began treatment immediately. Shockingly, the visit lasted nearly two hours—far longer than a typical dental session—and only afterward were we told that coverage hadn’t been verified and that we were responsible for nearly $1,000 in charges. I booked an appointment here because it's really close to home. I was a bit nervous, it had been a while since I had a cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and informative throughout the whole process. Hands down Nicole( receptionist) is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I will continue to make this dentist my family dentist for myself and my children.
I took my daughters to Kensington Dental, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care we received. One of my daughters was so nervous she cried, but Nicole, the dental assistant, and the dentist showed so much patience and compassion(2hrs). I had extremely upsetting experience. When I asked for prices before getting the service, they quoted one amount, but the final bill ended up being double. Their dentists start procedures without confirming anything. I clearly told the manager at the reception that I only wanted a basic cleanup for a specific price which she mentioned before, but they went ahead with other services I never agreed to.
