Dr. Hassan Khan and his staff are simply the best. They treat patients like family and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Khan is patient, compassionate, and highly professional. The hygienist was excellent — very careful, kind, and attentive to comfort. You can tell the whole team takes pride in their work. I trust them completely with my dental care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist.
Nicole is one of the main reasons we still go to Kensington dental, even after management and doctors have changed. She always ensures we are treated with respect and have the best customer care experience. She goes out of her way to ensure customers and patients are happy and satisfied. Amazing care attention to detail. Makes sure you are comfortable when getting your teeth fixed do not rush through your appointment just to get it over with. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable I started falling asleep in the chair!!! Highly recommend!! Deeply Disappointed – A Warning to Others We had an extremely upsetting experience with Kensington Dental that I feel compelled to share. My elderly parents were told they were “100% covered” and wouldn’t need to pay anything. Based on that assurance, they booked an appointment and began treatment immediately. Shockingly, the visit lasted nearly two hours—far longer than a typical dental session—and only afterward were we told that coverage hadn’t been verified and that we were responsible for nearly $1,000 in charges. I booked an appointment here because it's really close to home. I was a bit nervous, it had been a while since I had a cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and informative throughout the whole process. Hands down Nicole( receptionist) is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I will continue to make this dentist my family dentist for myself and my children.
