Overall I think it was a okay too good experience for my child. Multiple teeth were extracted. I waited in the room until my child was under anesthesia then I waited only 30 to 45 minutes for the surgery to be done. Some things for improvement are we had an 8:00 am appointment. I thought that meant we needed to be there 15 to 30 minutes before that time no they opened at 8:00 so we waited 10 to 15 minutes for everybody to get there and open the doors. The extraction was fast, painless and simple. The local anesthetic application was very painful. I felt that the doctor was miffed that I opted out of implants and bone grafts. I’m 64 and know many who became sick after implants and regretted them. My mouth is very painful and can’t imagine how much more painful it would be if I had the bone grafts done at the same time.
First time patient and I wa very impressed with how fast the check in process was. Literally 1-3 minute wait to get called back! My extraction was fast and I had no complaints or pain after. I was referred due to a breathing issue and that office as confident Dr Elsa could handle it. He definitely did!
Dr. Esla proceeded with the second step for a dental implant, inserting the post into the vacancy of my lower jaw. The previous bone graft healed nicely allowing for the continuation toward a dental implant. This phase required a little more pain relieving injections as he drilled into the bone. My recuperation at home went smoothly and thankfully the pain medication helped me sleep pain free.
I had 5 teeth removed here a week ago and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole team was incredibly friendly, caring, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, checked on me often, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
