Wow! My whole experience was awesome! I connected with Kerstin right away. After we went over just 1 or 2 things I felt very comfortable talking. I have seen many many counselors over the years and have only felt comfortable around 1 or 2. And even with them, I couldn't disclose a lot of things because of my huge lack of trust.
