We worked with Bob Ford who could not have been any more helpful in getting our loan and completing the paperwork. From the 1st day he stayed in contact consistently and answered us promptly when we had questions. Everything went completely smooth.

Kevin and his team in Ellensburg do a great job, he has gained my trust and loyalty through several purchases and I will continue to come back to them for future houses. I don’t shop for rates because I know Kevin is going to get the best terms he can for us. However, I was not super impressed with Luella as the processor.
