Kevin Jones is calm and patient with my daughter. She has a disability and needs slower directions. He does really well explaining things.
Dr. Jones is a wonderful psychiatrist who truly cares about his patients. He answers questions in the portal in a timely manner, he explains things really well during our appointments, and he goes above and beyond for his patients. He even has offered longer appointment times while we are trying to figure out my son’s medications. My son really likes him and trusts him. We highly recommend him!
When I arrived for my scheduled appointment was told it had been canceled because I, “wasn’t a good fit,” for the provider. No phone call; no text message. Filled out all the forms and played with the pencils. No indication I was a bad fit and no explanation why. I was left to think the worst about myself and why I was rejected. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Kevin Jones. He spent an entire hour with me, helping me better understand my diagnoses and explained in great depth exactly how my medications interact with each other. I have been to 4 other Mental Health Doctors in the past and usually they would just try and put me on more meds to compensate for symptoms instead of trying to treat the root cause and they would only spend maybe 5 minutes with me before they are rushing me out the door. Dr. Jones is a miracle worker! He understands everything that goes on when I explain my problem areas, and he provides multiple options, solutions, tips, and we have set plans at the end of every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Jones!!
