My primary care physician left Osf in Monmouth to go to a different location so I asked for a new doctor, mostly because I have a couple maintenance meds that I need refilled monthly. They gave me Kevin... I've payed this guy for more do nothing office visits. I had a simple form for the Secretary of State that needed filled out. It took him 3 times to fill it out correctly. Kevin has always been a listening doctor. So many times I've moved from his area and so many times I make the drive back to him.
Worst customer service on the planet from receptionist. Not welcoming or helpful in any type of way
