I had a great experience at Dr. Stevenson‘s office. I have some cervical spine injuries and for the first time in a long time I feel like I was listened to and hopeful of a better outcome now that I’m with Dr. Stevenson and his nurse practitioner. My medical records were reviewed very carefully, and they were prepared when I arrived. The receptionist was very helpful and professional its rare to experience that ( I think her name was Candice) ... She has terrific customer service skills ❣️ The NP was very informative about the process and was very nice as well... The FNP Lauren was awesome and very detailed. She actually listened and took the time to ask questions. First impressions are everything and they nailed it . I'd definitely return.
Friendly staff, very professional and very helpful. The NP that I had my appointment with was very informative and very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the process of the course of treatment I will going through and listened to me and addressed my questions. I am very pleased to be working with the medical team.
Dr. Stevenson is a Great Doctor. And Lauren is fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The staff is friendly and professional as well, they’re all great. I definitely recommend this office for anyone who needs help with their back.
When I arrived, I was greeted by a nurse. She was very pleasant, saw the doctor he explained my situation in a way that I really understood.
