The receptionist was very helpful and professional its rare to experience that ( I think her name was Candice) ... She has terrific customer service skills ❣️ The NP was very informative about the process and was very nice as well... The FNP Lauren was awesome and very detailed. She actually listened and took the time to ask questions. First impressions are everything and they nailed it . I'd definitely return.
The entire staff are welcoming & very compassionate. Lauren Price, PA, was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all of our questions/concerns. Strongly recommend them. Dr. Stevenson is very personable and encouraging about the prognosis and success of upcoming surgery.
Friendly staff, very professional and very helpful. The NP that I had my appointment with was very informative and very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the process of the course of treatment I will going through and listened to me and addressed my questions. I am very pleased to be working with the medical team.
The Dr and staff were very professional and courteous. Dr. Stevenson seemed very interested in Investigating my medical issues and provide me the help I need. I’ve seen other doctors and switched several times, but I have high hopes for this facility and doctor. The Dr. is the first one to seem to want to help me. I have switched serval times and I am hoping that he is the one who is gonna get me to relief I need so badly.
