am writing as a family member of a patient. During a cast removal performed by this doctor, a 1-year-old child in my family was burned by the equipment, leaving visible marks that are now healing and may scar. What was most concerning was how it was handled. After the cast was removed, he appeared to be in a rush, gave no proper follow-up regarding the burns, and showed little empathy.
