These 5 stars are for KEVIN - not Lifestance. I give Lifestance 2-3 stars as a company. However my therapist Kevin is amazing! He deserves 5+ stars. The company could use some VAST improvement when it comes to the check-in process and the customer service. I ALWAYS have problems when trying to log into their system. It ALWAYS prompts me to make a payment when I don’t owe anything which prohibits me from signing into my session. Again, KEVIN is AMAZING!!! The billing and administration department isn’t given good tools or training. I’m getting calls about correcting my insurance coverage WHILE I get EOB statements from my insurance company (ie-Payment receipts). And there is NO Way for me to call anyone back or respond appropriately. VERY Frustrating. AND. They’re (Lifestance) asked for a review of them… but really in reviewing KL. More BS from a company that needs technology upgrades.

My experience was awesome. You can be yourself and truly feel like you have been heard. I would recommend Mr. Larkins to anyone who wants realistic advice and suggestions to improve their lives.

Mr.Larkins is very encouraging and patient. I am so happy to have found him. He follows up really fast and checks in periodically. With his help I am gaining the confidence and esteem I need to move my life forward.
