AVOID AT ALL COST!! For 6+ hr stay, the staff NEVER TOLD ME that they RIPPED OUT my healthy cat's CLAW DURING HER PROCEDURES**. The staff **FAILED TO INFORM ME** and allowed me to take her home without a word, which is blatant neglect. She was limping and bleeding at home, and blood had splattered inside her carrier. On Sunday, 9/14/2025, I had an 11:30 am appointment for two cats. One had mild diarrhea and the other was completely healthy, brought only for a check-up because of the “multi-pet discount” that was not applied until I contested it. I arrived at 11:40 am and what should have been a routine visit turned into a six-hour ordeal. I understood that this hospital accepts emergency cases between scheduled visits and I anticipated some waiting, max 2-3 hours. I had a bad experience at this place. I wasn't able to see any of the vets though. I waited an hour and a half the first time, and I had to leave because I had to go back to work; the appointment had been set at 1.30. They rescheduled my appointment for the 6.30 after work. Today was the second appointment, but again at 7.36PM I asked what should I expect after an hour waiting. The young woman said I was next, but then I was passed over.
