A BIG thank you to the wonderful doctors and staff for treating my dog Chi Chi! We went to Kew Gardens Animal Hospital when my dog suddenly developed strong pain. The front desk, I spoke to Sully, was both professional and friendly and able to schedule me quickly. Dr. Azer and tech Sophia were great, they put my nerves at ease and answered all my questions. I only recently started coming to this vet (around December) but every time I have had a pleasant experience. Banfield had outrageous wait times for neuters and luckily my puppy was able to get his done the day we took him in for his blood work. The receptionist are always nice and welcoming, along with all the techs and assistants. All of the technicians, especially Sofia has taken very good care of my pets every time we’ve gone!
Ah, what a warm welcome to Kew Gardens Animal Hospital—if you enjoy chaos, long waits, and a healthy dose of indifference, this is the place for you. Booked an appointment online days in advance (you know, to be efficient), showed up 15 minutes early, and was told there was an emergency—understandable. I was told it’d be a 45–60 minute wait. Everyone at Kew Gardens Animal Hospital were very professional and friendly! All my concerns were addressed and my Bear was treated very well! They cleaned his ears out for me and by the next day he was obviously feeling much better from his ear infection. Gave him the ear medication they prescribed and he has been doing very well!
