I have been to every Key Whitman office and I have had excellent care in every area. The staff are very helpful, patient and kind. The offices are extremely clean. I have not had to wait more than five minutes. I've had cataract surgery and lasik. Not one complaint. I live in East Texas over an hour away and worth the trip. I highly recommend. Kathrine Brockles
I had a wonderful time with Dr. Kathy McCain and her staff on 03/11/2017. I got fitted for my contact lens and the difference was clear from all other treatments I have been receiving, she was very warm, attentive and nice to work with, they made me feel at home, you will never have guessed that I was a new patient visiting for the first time. Dr. McCain was actually a referral from a friend who has been with her for a very long time. I surely will recommend her and her team for great service
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is very inviting and modern. It smells so good in there! I love their eyewear selection.
Excellent eye exam. I am corrected to 20/20 vision. The staff here are really caring and even fun. The Doctor gave me so much time that I felt I needed. Dena Perez welcomes me and checks through all my paperwork making sure my account is complete. My insurance was verified before I came in so there were no issues to surprise me.
