Key Whitman Eye center was exceptional in every way. Check-in was easy and quick; wait time was only a few minutes; my tech was outstanding, she explained each step and answered my questions in. Friendly and professional manner. The doctor was also outstanding, he also explained each step, answered questions and provided information about procedures that would help me This was the best experience I have ever had getting my eyes evaluated, thank you !!
I loved the whole experience from getting a quick appointment, very little wait time once I got there.The doctor and employees were very informative and nice.My cataract surgery was amazing. Everything went so smoothly and professional. I recommend Key - Whitman to anyone with any kind of eye issues.
What a tremendous disappointment, waste of time, and waste of money. For starters, this facility is outdated, dingy, and below expectations for cleanliness. Moreover, this location is some sort of satellite location that only offers a small portion of services to clients - not something they advertise on their misleading website or tell you when booking your appointment. Do NOT have PRK surgery unless you research side effects on your own. There is no guarantee this so called procedure will work. Not good results for my eye. Everyone may be different. Watch how the documents are presented to you and how you sign. I do not trust that Gabby. I have not been back. I have a new opthamologist I am very pleased with.
My husband and I both had a very good experience with our cataract surgeries! I am able to see again! I would recommend keywhitmen to anyone who is thinking about having eye surgery. They take time to explain things and are very nice!
