I have been a patient at Key Whitman Eye Center for over 30 years and have always received excellent care. However, my experience on 1/8/25 was disappointing. The staff member checking me in asked several questions, which I didn’t mind, but her tone was unprofessional and lacked compassion. My name is Darrell Young and Dr. Stephens is my doctor. He is an exceptional professional which cares deeply about his patients. ALL the staff at Key-Whitman Eye Center are truly courteous, professional and give you the very best of care. They are very thorough. You couldn't find a better establishment to receive eye care.
Dr. Leslie and her nurse Colette were patient and very good with her job. My office procedure was pain free and Dr. Leslie explained everything as she went through the procedure. Very good Dr.
First thing, the Dr worked me in due to a fast growing condition. I was received in a timely manner. After the condition was diagnosed, I received a prescription for medication. Fast and easy! I drive an hour and half each way to come to my doctor and his team. I believe in them and trust them. Thank you for the care you show to us your patients!
Based on my experiences, I can't understand the negative reviews. I've had three appointments plus a cataract surgery. On each time I was seen within 15 min of my scheduled time; the surgery center had me in on the minute. The staff is friendly, works well together and will take the time to answer and explain questions they've probably heard a lot. Dr. Stephens is pleasant, professional and based on the improvement in my vision, up to the task. My only regret is that I didn't try Key-Whitman earlier.
