First thing, the Dr worked me in due to a fast growing condition. I was received in a timely manner. After the condition was diagnosed, I received a prescription for medication. Fast and easy! I drive an hour and half each way to come to my doctor and his team. I believe in them and trust them. Thank you for the care you show to us your patients!
Based on my experiences, I can't understand the negative reviews. I've had three appointments plus a cataract surgery. On each time I was seen within 15 min of my scheduled time; the surgery center had me in on the minute. The staff is friendly, works well together and will take the time to answer and explain questions they've probably heard a lot. Dr. Stephens is pleasant, professional and based on the improvement in my vision, up to the task. My only regret is that I didn't try Key-Whitman earlier.
Dr. Stephens was professional, efficient, and to the point. I love it! I left my appointment feeling satisfied with the care, explanation, and information I received from the doctor and the staff. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
Everyone was helpful and virtuous. A special shout out to Darlene. She was fantastic. She explained everything so well. She picked up right away that I gave a hearing problem and she made things easy for me to understand! Thank you Darlene!
When my wife changed over to Dr Stephens with Key-Whitman I saw how happy she was and asked if they would take on one more patient. This turned out to be a great move. Dr Stephens takes time to answer any questions I may have and is trained in the latest equipment and methods. The staff cannot be forgotten either.
