My second time using Keystone Storage and The online renting process was easy and fast to complete. The management are great respectful people to talk with and help make the experience easy and give you a sense they care for your needs. I would recommend to anyone who wants a great experience storing here. A big Thank You to Keystone Storage and their management.
I got my storage unit about a month ago and the woman helping me was very nice and made the process very easy. So far I really enjoy using this location and will continue to use and recommend friends to this location!
Used this facility for about 8 months, found multiple dead birds and mouse droppings in my unit on numerous occasions. Luckily I was smart enough to cover my belongings or they’d be covered in poop.
Been a customer for over 20 years. Great staff. 24-hour access. Online bill payment available and truck rentals by the hour or day. UPDATE: May 2018, no longer rents trucks or vans.
There should be a 24hr phone number to call for gate access. The code isn't working right now. Last time I came here to he gate was broken (pic posted). It's usually a hit or miss coming here and that's frustrating.
