Echoing other reviews here—TERRIBLE customer service at this location. For the sake of your junior employees (the young woman who served us was delightful in stark contrast to the incredibly rude, loud, and wrong older woman manning the store), you need to update your hours on the front door, delete the auto-off setting on your lights, and hire a replacement for that shift lead. I really love Kid to Kid, and I have been to a lot of different locations. West Valley used to be one of my favorites (when it was located next to Tuk Tuk's), but this new location is out of its mind. I have never seen a location with such high prices. I literally choked when I looked at some items that caught my eye. I was looking in the toy section with my son, and I saw this cute plastic horse. On Sunday I brought some clothes for sell, the teenagers that worked on the store told me that the waiting time was going to be 30 minutes. I was waiting on the store for 2 hours and my clothes were still not ready because the store employees were to busy playing around and gossiping instead of been working. The next day I showed up and the waiting time was like 2 hours, so the lady told me that I could come back the next day to pick up my clothes and my money. The store was clean. I was able to find clothing for my 7 year old at a decent price and the clothes were in good condition. The store had various sizes of shoes and slippers that were in good condition as well. The cashier was friendly. I also liked it was connected to Cheapskate clothing store who also had great deals for clothing, shoes, sunglasses etc.

If you are going here to sell your clothes, I think this store has given the best bang for the buck. Have been to other locations and they seem way more picky. The products on this store are nice.
