I would've rated this place a 5 star however after their recent move over from "tri county pediatrics" to "kids plus pediatrics" they have gone far downhill. The manager is rude and speaks with frustration and anger. I continuously get calls to make apts for my kids for it to get disconnected in the middle of the call before being able to confirm apt dates. They are also very hard to get ahold of now, the phone call no longer let's you sit and wait till someone answers, instead it gives you a role call back in order that you... read more
We show up just to find out they decided to cancel on my kids appt last minute without our consent. Then they tell us the next earliest appointment is 2 months out. Patient care takes a back seat to their billables at this place.
