I’ve had a great experience here for my daughter. The teachers and staff are always so polite and genuinely cares about our babies. Ms. Arlene is a great director and ensures the safety and well-being of our kiddos. The events planned for holidays were all so cute and thought out thanks to Mrs. Bell. She is very creative with a sweet soul. I would recommend this daycare.
If I can give them 6 stars I would! They’ve been great to all 3 of my kids! From the infant room to school age. They are especially great with potty training! Overall I’ve had the best experience at this daycare!
Until a few days ago I would have given this place 5 stars. However over the last few weeks my son has been getting injured almost daily to the point where we had to do a ER visit. We pay on time every month on the first as my wife is a veteran. Did I mention in cash and never was provided a receipt until March. Ironically after making a complaint we were told we owed a balance that no one can produce although it has been requested. Please stay away from this place because they are crooked! I am a formal teacher at this school I recently just quit because this establishment is horrible.The owners are not people friendly, they are hardly ever there and when they do show up they just complain about how poor of a job we are doing. To many problems, and very over the top with all the additional fees and payments for parents.they also start hiring at 12$ an hour and expect you to work full time because they are so desperate for teachers who is surviving off 12$ an hour in this economy?
