Dr. Sofia Catena, MD, provided an exceptional experience during our genetics appointment. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire visit. The staff at the office is very attentive, supportive, helpful and understanding. My only critic would be , I have been there three times and I have never been able to see Dr. Bauer, she is always incredibly late. In talking with another mother she advised me she had an appointment at 10am and was seen at 3pm.
This place is amazing. In a time where there were a lot of unknowns the staff and doctor put us at ease. Dr. Bauer really gives you her full attention. She is very thorough with her exam and explaining her findings. Not to mention she is so good with kids. We went twice last year for testing and results and my son was excited to see her for his yearly follow up appointment this year and he doesn’t get excited about seeing Doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Bauer for your needs.
Dr. Bauer is absolutely amazing. I have been seening her for myself and my daughters for many years. And always a pleasure.
The staff was incredibly nice, the room is nice, colorful and super clean! Dr Bauer went above and beyond!!! She was like a mother to me. Very caring and extremely knowledgeable, comforting and explanatory! Only good things to say about them!
