Highly recommended. Though no one answered the phone for a week, this was due to the recent storms. Once the lines were fixed, I was able to speak with friendly staff and make an appointment for my child. This practice cares about kids and families. They are very professional and courteous. The facility is clean and well organized. The staff is stellar. If there is a wait for an appointment, make it anyway. Everyone from the moment we walked in was very kind and informative. Dr. carlo was very kind and courteous. Kept us informed during every step. 100% recommend. Thankfully we don't need to return, Dr.Carlo gave us a piece of mind on all our concerns but if we were required to return, would be very comfortable that our little guy would be in good hands.
From the front office staff to Dr.Zeidenweber, everyone was very professional and kind. They even allowed me to come in sooner than scheduled. Dr.Zeidenweber made sure to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!
Great experience!! Staff was very friendly and felt like family! Dr. Zeidenweber was very informative and gave us undivided attention! He was also very nice and attentive to all my questions. Wait time was very short and appointment wasn’t long but wasn’t rushed either. We were in and out of there within 40 minutes. Looking forward to my follow up (:
Lovely staff in the office, the scheduling person over the phone is not in the office. Don't judge it by her as she is not the best. And it's worth looking beyond her for the great provider and staff.
