The staff at KIDZ were incredibly kind, respectful, and accommodating throughout our visit. Everyone was attentive and genuinely engaged with both me and my daughter, which made us feel very comfortable and cared for. Dr. Ramirez was wonderful as well — very insightful, compassionate, and truly invested in helping resolve my daughter’s medical needs. Dr.Michael Thomas GI specialist was a pleasure to see. My 6 month old was having delayed vomiting when eating foods so it was presenting as FPIES but as he got older he got better with food. It did take 2 months to get an appointment to see Dr. Michael due to his limited spots in the st Lucie location. I only give 4 out of 5 due to his front desk/helping nurse did have some trouble with my referral when I first tried to make the appointment then I had to wait for a call back. I had a great experience at Kidz Pediatric in the Port St. Lucie location. The front desk was very friendly and Dr. Elliot is an excellent professional. He explained all my questions and took the time to do the exam.
My daughter has been a patient of the Hematologists since the day she was born and she’s just past 16 now. We usually go to the WPB office, but went to the PSL office today. We were able to see Ms Pam (who she met the day after we were discharged from the hospital) and Eric, our favorite practitioner. The office is definitely smaller, more intimate than the office in WPB. At the end of the day, we enjoy seeing the team every time we go for checkups and check-ins so they can watch her grow and reminisce about how she’s change... read more
We were greeted immediately after walking into the office and was instructed to come on to the back...WOW.!!! We did not have to wait a long time before Dr. Rodriguez came into the room. She's very pleasant, professional and genuinely concerned about her patients.
