This practice has a very polite and helpful staff, they were able to give me an appointment the same day! Dr. Cruz is an amazing pulmonologist! He's very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had about my daughter's health, giving me peace of mind after understanding what's going on with her and how I can manage her condition. Also, the medical student Brianna was great, too! She was very caring and through with all her explanations. They truly go above and beyond!
The doctors and staff were kind, patient, and very attentive throughout the visit. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made my son feel comfortable and cared for. The office was clean, organized, and the appointment process was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this practice to everyone You guys Rock!!!!
Excellent experience from start to finish! This was our third visit, and once again, we were very pleased with the care we received from Dr. Castillo. She's extremely friendly, caring, and professional. She took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff is very diligent and organized. We have never had an issue with prescriptions or lab orders being sent correctly and on time, which is something we truly appreciate.
