Dr. Thomas is awesome with my 10-year-old! He’s so patient, caring, truly listens and makes her feel comfortable every visit. You can tell he really cares about his patients. Highly recommend
Very impressed with this office group. They were kind and efficient and seemed to communicate well with each other and the doctor. The online check in system is a little redundant but it’s still convenient to use before arriving to the office. Overall great experience and I’m happy they work with Dr.Thomas.
My experience at Kidz Pediatric is amazing , Lauren Herrera she is amazing at what she does, she cared about the patients, makes sure we understand, and explains very well. Would definitly recommend.
Dr. Vaccarello has always been very thorough. One of my sons needed Growth Hormone and the other one didn’t. I feel very confident the way she evaluates her patients to make sure not to give false hopes and also not to treat unnecessarily. I really appreciate everything she has done for both of my boys. The staff is excellent. The office manager is wonderful, and if there are any issues, she will help to resolve it.
On week 2 or 3, now of calls for one of their patients. I’ve e-mailed, and spoken with 3 people, to let them know they are not reaching their patient (or rather their parents b/c the patient is apparently a child). If your child has an appoint coming up on July 17, you’d better get a hold of them. They’re also counting how many times they’ve tried to reach you, according to their voicemail.
