Always the best experience! Lauren is amazing since day one with us walking step by step making us to learn more about this new journey for us. at first diagnosis, we were lost, concerned, and worried about the future to come and she makes everything more easy and calm. I trust her for all decisions she recommends for my daughter and really recommend her to anyone been through the same thing.
This practice has a very polite and helpful staff, they were able to give me an appointment the same day! Dr. Cruz is an amazing pulmonologist! He's very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had about my daughter's health, giving me peace of mind after understanding what's going on with her and how I can manage her condition. Also, the medical student Brianna was great, too! She was very caring and through with all her explanations. They truly go above and beyond!
My daughter has been bringing my grandson to Dr. Cruz and his staff for about 10 yrs now and to see my daughter more at ease and my grandson growing up and understanding standing his health condition and how to manage it along with his mother and his health team. We have needed Kidz Medical for multiple reasons with my daughter and every single doctor is amazing. They spend time with you, explain things thoroughly and really care about your child. The front office is amazing from making appointments to the nurse to the colleagues helping with insurance issues, medications and getting additional testing. They all really care and it shows! Highly recommend!
Staff is nice. We specially like the NP as she seems very caring with my teenage son. Reason for the 2 star is the way they handle payments. From one visit to another (we go every 4 months) the cash cost increased 90%. There was no warning or grace period but just "we raised our priced on 1/1 and that's our new rate." Everyone knows that cash customers can't afford insurance and to treat people that way is not conducive to good care or patient experience.
