This practice has a very polite and helpful staff, they were able to give me an appointment the same day! Dr. Cruz is an amazing pulmonologist! He's very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had about my daughter's health, giving me peace of mind after understanding what's going on with her and how I can manage her condition. Also, the medical student Brianna was great, too! She was very caring and through with all her explanations. They truly go above and beyond!
Staff is nice. We specially like the NP as she seems very caring with my teenage son. Reason for the 2 star is the way they handle payments. From one visit to another (we go every 4 months) the cash cost increased 90%. There was no warning or grace period but just "we raised our priced on 1/1 and that's our new rate." Everyone knows that cash customers can't afford insurance and to treat people that way is not conducive to good care or patient experience. Very disappointed at the recent experience I had. We go regularly to see the endocrinologist for my diabetic child and like the staff. But the reason for my disappointment is that they raised their pricing without a notice of any kind and when we showed up for the appointment we had to pay almost twice what we traditionally pay as cash patients. When you have no insurance and live on a budget, this can be very trying as you do the right thing for your child and have them regularly see the doctor instead of walking away from ... read more
The doctors and staff were kind, patient, and very attentive throughout the visit. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made my son feel comfortable and cared for. The office was clean, organized, and the appointment process was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this practice to everyone You guys Rock!!!!
I am very impressed with Dr Castillo. She takes her time with my daughter, she answers my millions of questions and answers them really well making sure I completely understand. I honestly haven’t met a Dr in quite some time that I’ve felt like this about. She is a rare gem who is knowledgeable and has A1 bedside manners. I would recommend Dr Castillo to friends, family and anyone and everyone.
