We travelled from the UK to see Dr Elliott as we could not get our son seen for a ECHO in the UK. His team were excellent and carried out the procedure quickly and smoothly especially as our son was just over one years old. Dr Elliott was very patient when he saw our son and managed to inform us about our son’s heart murmur. He was able to instantly tell us what the problem was which for our son was good news. Nurse we saw was super nice and answered all of our questions. I gave a 3 star because of the STAFF!!! Barely anyone said hi and the MA to the nurse was asking questions in the middle of me trying to get my kids together (I had two little ones with me) and she basically rushed the whole process. I understand they are trying to be on time with appointments (which is appreciated) but when dealing with children there should be a certain personality/enthusiasm. The fact that Dr. Cruz was able to identify within minutes of talking to us and doing a checkup on our daughter what she had (and what it could potentially turn into) but then all in the same breathe provide an immediate remedy was God sent! After just 2 months of utilizing the nebulizer (per his instructions) it’s like night and day not only for her physical relief but for our mental and emotional well-being as her parents!
5 stars across the board!!!! The office staff was so amazing, on time, informative, and polite. Dr. Pearson is so knowledgeable, kind, personable, and encouraging. As a Healthcare professional this is the kind of care that I give to my patients everyday and it was awesome for it to be reciprocated. Hats off to them!
