I am very impressed with Dr Castillo. She takes her time with my daughter, she answers my millions of questions and answers them really well making sure I completely understand. I honestly haven’t met a Dr in quite some time that I’ve felt like this about. She is a rare gem who is knowledgeable and has A1 bedside manners. I would recommend Dr Castillo to friends, family and anyone and everyone.
We have needed Kidz Medical for multiple reasons with my daughter and every single doctor is amazing. They spend time with you, explain things thoroughly and really care about your child. The front office is amazing from making appointments to the nurse to the colleagues helping with insurance issues, medications and getting additional testing. They all really care and it shows! Highly recommend!
Very impressed with this office group. They were kind and efficient and seemed to communicate well with each other and the doctor. The online check in system is a little redundant but it’s still convenient to use before arriving to the office. Overall great experience and I’m happy they work with Dr.Thomas. He is a very compassionate and knowledgeable physician. We feel very safe with Dr.Thomas caring for our son!
The office staff are very friendly and nice. Dr. Mansoor is wonderful and I'm so grateful my daughter is seeing him for her care. In the begining we were so stressful and you give us hope everything will be alright. Prescribe medication and It's working well. We thank you and appreciate your hard work and your patient to listen to my concern regarding my daughter.
Dr Michael Thomas is truly an amazing doctor. Not rushed, took his time to hear us and completely understand my son’s condition. A lot of positive energy, easy to understand and fully explains all steps on the process. Truly a gem of a doctor, highly recommended!
