Had a tough time trying to get to the office but meeting with Kaitlin APRN certainly made up for it. She has great bedside manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was pleasant.
The office was very beautifully decorated for the holiday and the staff was amazing. Very polite and friendly and nice. They had a bubble machine and my kids loved it. 😂 they gave us bubbles as well. Good doctor 👍
My 13 yr old son was referred to Dr Eric Verfaille from Saint Mary’s Hospital. The staff at this office was great! We didn’t interact with anyone who wasn't friendly, kind, and gentle. Dr Verfaille was the most patient, informative, caring Dr my son has ever had. It’s not often you find all the aspects of a Dr visit to be what you would hope them to be. I felt everyone there loves what they do and do it well.
Love and appreciate all the support from doctors, nurses, interns, security, support team and staff team cooks and maintenance crew, LADYBUG be full of excitement energy and joy she loves coming smiling and dancing cheer the workers up making their day easy as well not evening knowing what she faces at age 1 with stage 4 cancer. We give our special thanks and appreciation to everyone at St.Mary’s that we ran cross.
My teenage son was diagnosed with a blood clot earlier this year. It was an upsetting and painful time. Dr. Ramirez, Dr. Saxena, Eric Verfaillie PA, and Kaitlin NP are an impeccable team. Along with their staff members…they took great care of my son. I will forever be thankful for their service and kindness. I don’t think there are enough stars that I could give that could match their professionalism and kindness.
