First, I’d like to say the doctors we’ve met have been nice, not exactly as thorough as I’m used, but nice. The facility needs some updating. We came from CHOA and I understand their locations are state of the art, but this place could do better. Nothing inviting in the waiting room, rooms are sterile looking and nothing is updated. not happy no callbacks called the service regarding my son's bleeding pick line. Nobody bothered to call me back half information given very unhappy when you're trying to save your child's life and you have to trust doctors and they don't return your calls. It's very unsettling the hospital that they're affiliated with St. Mary's is dirty and it should be a sterile environment. As you're dealing with people and patience with zero immune system
Staff was very friendly. Took lots of care with my little one. Beware of parking though… or lack thereof. There’s very limited parking so make sure you get there early. I had to stalk someone to get their spot. And even that wasn’t really a parking spot but it worked for us. Other than that, great Dr, great staff.
Everyone at this practice was so kind and courteous. I was able to ask all my questions and felt like my daughter got the best care.
Dr. Eric Verfaillie, PA has provided exceptional care to our son. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to clearly explain everything. The entire staff is consistently kind, efficient, and supportive, making each visit a positive experience.
