This is by far the best Dr. office I’ve ever been to. Your appt time is respected, they see you on time, the front desk staff is super helpful and kind. Dr. Franco is the best specialist I’ve seen in Miami area. She took all the time you need to explain everything you need to know. Highly recommended.
The wait time is never less than an hour but once you get to Dr. Franco you forget all the time you waited in the lobby. She is thorough, she listens, and is always pleasant. I have never felt rushed and I have never left feeling doubt in her care. Thank you to one of the few doctors left who make this mom feel at ease.
Almost eight years ago, my daughter fell severely ill, and since day one, Kidz Pediatrics has walked this difficult journey with us. I am deeply grateful for the care and compassion they’ve shown my daughter. Dr. Rodriguez and Marcia are truly amazing—their dedication, professionalism, and kindness have made an incredibly painful journey so much more manageable.
The front desk staff is very kind and efficient. Dr Rodriguez took his time to explained to me my kid condition in a way that was never explained to me before. Now I know a lot more about it and the difference between the medicine to treat and to prevent it. He was also very kind and tried to make my child feel at ease because she is scared of doctor’s offices.
