This is by far the best Dr. office I’ve ever been to. Your appt time is respected, they see you on time, the front desk staff is super helpful and kind. Dr. Franco is the best specialist I’ve seen in Miami area. She took all the time you need to explain everything you need to know. Highly recommended.
The front desk staff is very kind and efficient. Dr Rodriguez took his time to explained to me my kid condition in a way that was never explained to me before. Now I know a lot more about it and the difference between the medicine to treat and to prevent it. He was also very kind and tried to make my child feel at ease because she is scared of doctor’s offices.

The wait time is never less than an hour but once you get to Dr. Franco you forget all the time you waited in the lobby. She is thorough, she listens, and is always pleasant. I have never felt rushed and I have never left feeling doubt in her care. Thank you to one of the few doctors left who make this mom feel at ease.
Dr. Franco is an exceptional pediatric pulmonologist. She is incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to listen to our concerns and explained everything clearly to us as parents. She developed a treatment plan that has made a huge difference in our son’s overall health. The staff is wonderful, organized and friendly. We are grateful to have found Dr. Franco and highly recommend her to any family looking for expert, compassionate lung care for their child.
