Dr. Martinez and his team are excellent. Thoughtful, attentive, and empathetic. The time spent to explain my child’s diagnosis and the work up to get there was very much appreciated. The nursing and front desk staff were kind and thoughtful. Listened to what I had to say and assisted with the paperwork and prescription workaround all in a speedy manner. Many thank, team!
We have been coming here for more than four years, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I need to schedule an appointment, they always do their best to find a date that works for us or offer another convenient option. The waiting time is excellent—we’re usually seen within 15 minutes. The doctor is always welcoming, greets us with a smile, and is incredibly kind and patient with my kids. We truly appreciate the wonderful care and highly recommend this office!
I always have a wonderful experience at Dr. Franco’s office. I have been coming here with my daughter for over 15 years. Mercy is always incredibly professional and welcoming upon our arrival.
