The best Doctors office ever! The staff are extremely sweet and accommodating, always respectful and willing to help and they always manage to see my son last minute if he’s having any issues. I love the providers, Dr. Franco is great and knowledgeable and Wendy the physician assistant is so amazing and has a great deal of knowledge and patience and is amazing with my son. I cannot recommend them enough. My family and I are very happy here! Cannot recommend them enough!

Cannot say enough good things about this office: from the amazing secretary, Rosie to the absolutely wonderful nurse practitioner, Jessica and of course, Dr. Franco !!! We are more than pleased with the care we receive at this office!!!!!!

We drove an hour to see Dr Juan Carlos Martinez. He is amazing. Very thorough and patiently listens to my daughter’s concerns. The staff is very friendly and responsive. No need to look anywhere else.

This is by far the best Dr. office I’ve ever been to. Your appt time is respected, they see you on time, the front desk staff is super helpful and kind. Dr. Franco is the best specialist I’ve seen in Miami area. She took all the time you need to explain everything you need to know. Highly recommended.

I was a patient of this doctor and decided to take my kids. It all ended with one bad incident. The staff clearly don’t know how to handle difficult situations or communicate with compassion. Instead of trying to understand what was going on, the office manager was quick to call security. That’s not how things should be handled. And if you complain to Patient and Guest Relations about their behavior, be prepared for the pulmonology office to decide they no longer want your child as a patient.
