I loved their office. The young lady that walked us back was so polite and patient with my screaming toddler (he was having a bad day). I saw Dr. Cruz and he was amazing. He thoroughly listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. This is a gem of an office. 10/10 for sure.
Dr. Franco is the best! My daughter is here because of her great expertise and is so caring. Thank you Dr. Franco & again we are very blessed ro have you as our daughters pulmonologist. God bless
Absolutely amazing. Dr. Franco was great and listened to my concerns. She was able to diagnose my daughter and explained why the medicine her previous doctor prescribed her was not working. Marcia and the ladies in the front were also great. They were so helpful, polite and always had a smile on their face. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.
My daughter has being a patient for over two years and Dr. Franco and Raiza always take good care of my little one. Since our first visit I feel they have listened to all our needs.
Dr. Franco has seen 3 of my 4 children. We moved from DC to Miami two years ago, and while Dr. Franco was great initially, he has not been able to effectively manage my children’s asthma. At the beginning of our visits to this practice, everything seemed to run smoothly, but I am increasingly frustrated with the lack of time management here. It is completely unacceptable that patients who arrive early for their scheduled appointments are left waiting for extended periods with no consideration for their time. This has become ... read more
