Really nice staff here. Super helpful and friendly. The building and units are very clean and plenty of light to see inside my storage unit.
Very happy to have found Kihei Maui Self Storage. The service is great and super friendly. In the past, I have felt that going with a large "chain" storage company was somehow better, but I am so glad I decided to support a local company. They are solid, work with your individual needs and are always helpful. 🤙🏼
Great experience & community donor. I have had a unit for years, never had an issue, and very reasonable pricing. Also, they have year after year donated storage for local community Ayso soccer, saving the children thousands of dollars that would otherwise need to have been paid. What an amazing company!!!
My storage unit along with a few others were broken into within the first month. The cameras dont work. The back fence is half down and right in the back behind the fence is a homeless camp that the cops wont even go into. The gates dont work properly. Ive been locked in twice. They dont even have parking when I wanted to get my motorcycle out for the day I had to park on the street.
The People here are simply amazing! Lisa went above and beyond to help us on a human level. Highly recommend working with these extremely kind humans!!!
