We have bought a few homes over the years... On our most recent purchase, we struggled with the lender that our realtor suggested to us. We weren’t getting any of the vital information we needed. In a nutshell: Kim is the best mortgage broker we have ever used. Our financial "story" is a bit more complicated than usual, thus required more documentation etc than normal. Kim just about did the followup for me at every step; she provided frequent reminders of next steps, with where to obtain what info, timelines, etc... This was BY FAR OUR MOST PAINLESS MORTGAGE PROCESS in many moves and house purchases over two military careers. Bottom line: Kim is our go-to mortgage broker. You'll be glad to have her on your side!
