I have been seeing Dr Guo for many years. I have an extensive health history and she has helped me with a great deal of issues. She never makes me feel rushed and her follow up is excellent. She always responds via the online portal promptly if I have questions after my appointment. She is always kind and never makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her with my many, many questions. I have recommended her to family members and they all love her as well. Would highly recommend her if you are in need of a family physician.
Dr Guo took the time to listen, answer all of my questions. She looked at the overall picture and how symptoms tied together, came up with a plan of action, and explained why she chose this approach. Her follow-up after the appointment was fast, to-the-point and accessible. Highly recommend her. Friendly, professional, and at no point did I feel rushed. The office staff was organized, friendly and efficient as well. Happy with this practice.
